All yellow card issuances will be punished by a two or five minute time penalty. All red card issuances will be punished by an ejection of the specific player at fault and a five minute time penalty. Time penalties may be assessed against players for committing any of the offenses listed in the penalty definition. These penalties shall be administered by showing of a YELLOW OR RED CARD BY THE REFEREE.
Time penalties will also be assessed to both players and bench personnel, whether or not they are on the field of play. The time penalties will be assessed on the specific offending player or the team in general if the offense was committed by the coach, other bench personnel, or an identified individual on the team. A field player must serve all time penalties.When the ball hits the ceiling, a two minute penalty will be assessed to the player who kicked the ball. The ball is then placed where the ball was played from. If the goalie is responsible for hitting the ceiling, the ball is placed at the top of the arc for a free kick. A team member must take the 2 minute penalty for the game.
A two minute penalty will be assessed to the team when a team accumulates six penalties during the game. The team will play short during this time.Any player who is playing and is not in proper uniform will receive a yellow card. If the coach should come onto the field without permission from the referee, a two minute penalty will be assessed to a player on the same team .
